There is a sense of peace and quiet even with the advantage of being so close to Times Square.
We are toward the north end of Estero lsland and traffic does not flow in this direction. The layout
helps you relax in peace and quiet at the pool which overlooks the bay and the grills and picnic
tables also overlook the water. Most of the villas have their own private or semi-private decks with
chairs and tables.

We also recommend visiting the nearby islands of Captiva and Sanibel. And don't forget about our beautiful neighbors to the south - Bonita Springs, Naples, and Marco Island.

The property's main building houses eight one bedroom suites. The bedroom has both a full bed and a twin bed. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes,
silverware, etcetera. The living rooms have cable tv, sofa, and chair (a few have sofa beds). Outside each suite is a shared deck with tables and chairs. Surrounding the main building are one or two bedroom room villas and efficiencies. Most have private decks. The features included in each of these can be found on the reservations page and their location can been seen on the property map page. The main difference is the number of bedrooms and the view each has.
